Nestled between the vibrant districts of Kampong Glam and Bugis, Andaz Singapore – A Concept by Hyatt offers accommodations in Singapore. Guests can enjoy a drink at the in-house bar. WOW! I had the most amazing 4 nights stay at Andaz. I love this new concept of a more casual approach to the usual hotel. The deluxe king room was spacious, well designed, amazing furnitures, fantastic layout and superb view of Singapore. Take a dip in the pool and enjoy the view, I could spend a whole day by the pool! The sunroom was great with offerings of refreshments, which I did not get to spend enough time there. The hotel is located right above Bugis station, which makes getting around Singapore very easy anywhere. Staff great, breakfast is great, room is great, view is great, location is great. I don't think there is much I could fault Andaz. I will definitely be back again!

Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, The Fullerton Hotel Grand Park Hotel, Holiday Inn Orchard City Hotel, Park Hotel are my favourate hotels. I prefer to book Club/Executive room so that I can enjoy the Club/Executive benefits. Hotel shuttle bus services or near by MRT are convenient for getting around Singapore
Hotels are a bit pricy for Asia, but if you can find reasonable accommodation you don't need many days to cover a lot in this compact nation. The food and transport are cheap and safe everywhere so location is not a big deal-breaker. Food courts with multiple specialty stalls are all over; even within air-conditioned shopping centres. Don't worry about rain; carry a cheap umbrella or not but raincoats will be too hot. And if your hotel doesn't offer a buffet breakfast, just take the opportunity to eat like a local and have kaya toast + kopi for next to nothing. Save room for lunch & dinner!
Singapore is a city of garden. All the roads and areas are covered with road side flower trees and small green field. Moving around the city is really convenient through smooth MRT service and almost all the places are very nearby. We ate mostly in McDonald coz it was cheap. I would try to avoid spending much in hotel next time. Hotel bills almost ate up 50% of our tour budget!! :(
- A lot of man-made wonders in a small island. You will get to see everything you dream of in this small country. Small yet beautifully made and maintained. The first thing you will notice is the cleanliness of the streets and areas. There is always something new developing in the city. For Everything beautiful in the city, you have to pay for it. Hotels are quite costly, compared to their facilities and room size. Food could be cheap to highly expensive, whichever you prefer. Shopping can make a big hole in your wallet, but if you are lucky enough you can get big discounts!! Wonderful place to work....and of course to make a short trip with your FnF.
Clean and modern city. Liked the hop on bus and also the metro. The biggies to see are the Gardens by the Bay and the Bay Sands Hotel. There are plenty of activities for children in this city. A drink or Italian food at Raffels, the historic hotel is fun for adults. Good museums and modern architecture.
Hotel near to Kampung Glam, many nice malay foods over there. Left of the hotel ia the awesome M.A.Deen Biasa, special for Sup tulang Merah. The MRT is a bit far though, 10 minutes to Bugis/Lavender MRT. Just take a relaxing stroll and stop by for a quick bite at Kampung Glam before heading to MRT.

The property is strategically located in the heart of Chinatown. It is easy to find affordable food all around the vicinity. A few steps to Pagoda street where you can buy souvenir items at a very low price. My room was just the perfect size for me. Aircon and lighting were superb. The staff is very approachable and gave me a warm welcome. Looking forward to my next visit to Singapore and this hotel is going to be my home there.

According to my dad who was the one who stayed here (I just booked the hotel roomfor him), it was one of the best hotels he have stayed in Singapore. It's a but of a splurge but given the fact that he was attending a convention that was near Marina Bay Sands, this was the best choice for him because he was near the venue and got a nice hotel to stay in (definitely a 5 star one for my dad) without breaking the bank.

The staff was very helpful. We forgot our wallet in the local public taxi. The front desk staff immediately helped us by contacting the local taxi customer care. We didnt remember the taxi no. But still he somehow figured it out. And we got our wallet back in an HR. That's unbelievable!! Very very grateful to the staff. Also the hotel location is good. Good budget eating joints nearby. Hotel very clean and nice.

Our room was huge. Bigger than same star hotels in Singapore. Love that this hotel is very close to MRT and Food republic. Also close to Cathay and Plaza Singapura. Our deluxe room had blow dryer, iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste and liquid soap inside a dispenser. Front desk lady was very nice and pleasing and the cleaning ladies were all great and very meticulous.

Singapore is expensive and for this price you won’t have to compromise on location and room size. The compromise is that the hotel is in bad need of a renovation. Nicer hotels in the area go for twice the price. Get a club room if it’s not much more - you get free drinks between 6-8pm. And high tea too (although we didn’t try this). There is an outdoor pool which is nice.

They always clean the room everyday, in front desk office people were so nice and give us so much inform about bus number and place to go, also the hotel is just in front of the bus station, the lobby was smell soooo well (the room parfume,I guess) The bed is very comfy, clean, and tidy. The TV is quite big n there are so many channels inside

Comfortable room and beds. Excellent location as 2mins away from Clarke Quay so many restuarants nearby by the canal. Great value for money as so many hotels in Singapore are really expensive for the same location. And the day time manager was lovely! Really welcoming and friendly. Would highly reccommend this place.

Smallish hotel, but has a nice pool. Rooms are quite big comparing to other same grade hotels in Singapore. 5-8 mins walk to train station and free shuttle service to nearby stations and botanical garden were useful. Staffs were helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient

This hotel is a classic ‘compromise’. There are better appointed hotels in Singapore however none of them match the combination of excellent location and competitive pricing of this hotel

This hotel is a perfect proximity to the airport, which is why we booked it in the first place. But it ended up being far above our expectations. It's a hotel right next to the beach, gorgeous walking trails and lots of food options. It's also next to a waterpark...if only it opened earlier than 1 pm... we would have totally gone. Overall such a great stay in the suburbs away from the city!
