From the moment we were greeted with mint tea and Moroccan cookies our holiday was just perfect. The hotel has lovely friendly staff, beautiful decor and wonderful food. We were upgraded to an incredible suite which was AMAZING. We relaxed in the sun, had cocktails and lunch by the pool, massages in the lovely spa and couldn't fault a thing. Located in the Medina of Marrakech, this luxury riad is a 10-minute walk from Jama? El Fna Square. It has a heated pool in the garden and a spa with 2 traditional hammams and 5 massage rooms. Can’t say enough about the staff and especially the office manager Adil charif who surprised us with an upgrade as we were celebrating our 30 th wedding anniversary. My husband loved the cooking workshop and I thoroughly enjoyed the hamam and facial I had at the wonderful spa. Also had the opportunity to meet the general manager of the property who was a very nice gentleman who made us feel welcomed. Wonderful experience!!!!!! Regards Mrs Dhanani
Spread across 2-hectares of gardens, this boutique hotel, renovated in January 2018, is 10 minutes’ shuttle ride from Jema? El Fna Square and faces the Atlas Mountains. Mom and I stayed 3 days in this beautiful Hotel. The architecture is way above the expected as per the pics. Big walls , high ceilings, big and robust Doors. Well finished lines and beautiful Art Deco furniture. The rooms are big as a suite with a private patio . The pool is really warmed and the SPA is magic. I will comeback for sure and highly recommend this Hotel. Adil the Manager is very costumer focused and Mehdi the owner is a visionary in his industry. Thank you Adil and Mehdi.

Marrakech is an oasis, near the desert, weather is fantastic at this time of the year and is very safe. Beware of prices charged by taxis (allways ask first) and restaurants can be quite expensive. Walking is always a pleasant experience.
Marrakech and Morocco in general really impressed us, mostly because of the people. They are really friendly, helpful and kind. We felt really secured at all the time and in all the cities. We loved all the places, their gastronomy and everywhere were we stayed.
Be careful you can find Ali Baba and his den in the Kasbah. Very much enjoyed Marrakech. The secret garden, the old Médina, non tourist restaurants. Did a day trip to the High Atlas and had lunch in a Berber home. Enjoyed Marrakech overall.
Nice city but overrated in comparison with our other Morocco experiences, too many tourist for standard attractions that are also to be found in other cities. Prices also higher. Cues in frong of Jardin Majorelle incredible, just hire a private guide to get you past rhe cue))
We stayed in Marrakesh for a total of 3 nights; the first 2 nights we stayed in a Riad in the Medina, which was an awful experience; the hotel was dirty, difficult to find and the facilities were not as advertised ie no pool, poor spa facility; because of that we had to spend 2 days making sure we were not at the hotel; we found another hotel in the new city where we had lunch and hung out at their pool for the day which was NOT as relaxing as if we had been at our own hotel; for the third night we stayed at a different hotel, the 2 Ciels hotel, which was a totally different experience and left us kicking ourselves for not staying there from the start. We visited the Jardins Majorelle which was beautiful, and we explored the Jewish Quarter and the synagogue in Marrakesh, both of which were meaningful and worth the trip; the amount of poverty and homelessness and begging was hard to see; homeless mothers and children, children alone coming up to us to beg for money and/or food, is heartbreaking. My husband was born in Morocco and speaks Arabic which was a huge help in both getting around and negotiating with merchants, taxi drivers and people on the street; I can not imagine being in this city without someone who speaks the language. I was under the impression that I would be able to do yoga and the only yoga studio I saw was tucked away in the Medina that I just so happened to come upon. If I was to make a recommendation to someone who wants to visit Marrakesh it would be to stay outside of the Medina at a 4 or 5 star all inclusive resort that has its own yoga classes, pool, and restaurant and then do excursions to whatever attractions you want to see. Unfortunately, I did not do enough research in this area before leaving on my trip as I thought my husband knew the lay of the land since he had been back to visit 10 years earlier.
Jemaa el Fna and the adjoining streets and attractions resemble a giant theme park ,with masses of tourists walking in every direction. All the authenticity of an ancient Moroccan city I know from my previous visits to Marrakech is gone.Tourist souvenir stands with cheap made in china merchandise are everywhere, spilling wide into the sidewalks. The entry fees to most historical sites went up from 1-2 euros only a couple of years ago ,to 7 euros ,and the sights are not worthy this kind of money. If you like Disneyworld theme parks and similar ,visit it .Otherwise it's not worthy the time ,hassle and money spent. The food in tourist restaurants around the square is fair and well overpriced, the famous mint tea is weak ,and 4-5 times more expensive than elsewhere in Morocco. The organization in Menara airport is good ,despite earlier negative reviews.Fast in and fast out ,with minimum hassle.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and it has everything a 5 star establishment offers including a Spa but in a more intimate setting of a boutique hotel. You really get the feeling of a warm home while simultaneously offering the backdrop of a palace. Service from all the staff I encountered especially Issam were a genuine gesture of hospitality. All these qualities are markers for a guaranteed memorable experience. My Spa experience also was incredibly professional and well tailored to fit my needs and preferences.

Rooms are ok and the outside areas are nice and comfortable...it might be a 5 star hotel for morroco standards but don’t expect 5 stars luxury here....I have the worst things say about this place, specially about reception staff but I have to say I word about restaurant staff, some of them very very nice and friendly and security staff wich in the middle of so much problems and with the must stupid and rude managers I’ve ever seen they were abble to keep calm enough to avoid bigger problems.

amazing hostel. brand new. food was best I had in Morocco. exactly as shown in photos. lovely owners and super nice staff. so lucky to have been one of the first to stay here. FYI the google maps location is CORRECT. the door is a bit hard to find, as most things are in the medina- and the local kids like to tell you wrong and ask for money for showing you other places. but don’t let that deter you. loved it here. for the price, and traveling solo or on budget - perfect.

Choosing this hotel was our excellent choice. Very nice and polite English speaking staff, absolutely spotless and clean room, walking distance to the main square Jemaa el-Fna, but still away from all the noise and upsetting crowd. Recently renovated, and constantly improving the yearly rate on Booking. We used luggage storage as we went in the desert for two days. One of the best places we stayed during our 3 weeks trip in Morocco.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was impeccably decorated and clean with a modern but classic vibe- I couldn’t believe how nice it was for the price! The food was AMAZING- some of the most delicious food I had in Morocco. Don’t bother eating out. Just relax and eat here every night of your stay. It’s so good!

Really nicely renovated Riad. This is a oasis of quietness (which is nice after spending a few hours in the thrilling Médina). The staff was so friendly, always smiling and very helpful and insightful about Morocco. The roof terrace was another great space to relax. And the dinner we had there was one of the best of our entire trip!

Amazing place, one of the best i have been. Suites are fantastic, well accesoriated and with everything you need. Dining in the patio is like living in a dream. The staff is VERY AWESOME, there for everything you need, better than many 5 star hotels. Pay a little more to stay in this place and you won’t regret it.

This Riad is a dream! Perfect location, beautiful room cleaned every single day, nice breakfast and unbelievable rates plus very nice and helpful staff. We booked this hotel after I read about it on a travel blog and I cannot recommended enough. I would give more than 5 stars is possible.

Went with high expectations based on previous reviews. They were surpassed. Attention to detail allied to welcoming staff, comfort and a quality finish sets a standard that many 4/5 star hotels can't match. Happy to recommend.
